- Family background, and what they like/dislike
Our intended target market for indie pop genre are 16-24 years olds, mainly students and people with not much
disposable income. The lifestyle and background of our intended audience, would be
working class individuals. Therefore, this is something that needs to be considered when considering the finance side of the release of any indie pop genre music promo video.
The trends of our intended target audience and what they like/dislike would be down to the clothing worn by the artists. In indie pop bands, the clothing worn by the males is of smart casual either suits, or chino's and smart shirts with ties.

The clothing worn by indie women artists are really smart and bright. Their clothing is not simplistic or boring its imaginative with various colours, patterns and designs.
