Summarising Groupings:

• Due to the nature of our chosen band and song, all members of the band are male. Therefore, I and Hannah Phillips are unable to participate in the actual performance side of the pop promo video. Therefore, we will both be shooting and filming for the duration of the performance half of our promo video.
• Kingston Capes will be acting within our pop promo video, in which case he will be miming as the main singer of the piece.
• We will also need to attain two other male performers to act within our music video. This two other characters will be Joel Senior and Jamie Moulds. The need for other characters is due to there needing to be at least a 3 piece band shown for the performance half of the promo video. Therefore, successfully we selected the right two candidates due to their well-known background in music, e.g. both play either guitar or drums. Therefore, this will enable the video to look as realistic and representable as possible.
• For the narrative section of our promo video, Kingston Capes and Hannah Phillips will both participate in the acting due to relevant experience in our other media productions.

Things to consider:

• Due to the weather conditions as this time of year, when deciding on where to shoot our promo video it needs to be brought into consideration the actual location e.g. will we have access to light and what kind of lighting will be available to us? Will it be significant enough lighting to portray the image we are trying too portray?
• Another problem needed to be considered is the time of day shooting, due to at this time of year it does not stay light for duration of daytime hours. Therefore, as a group we will need to make best use of our time.
• Another issue to consider is for the peformance side of our promo video, we have to move all the instruments to the place we are filming. Therefore, we will have to take into consideration how we will get the instruments to the place by which form of transport and whom will provide this form of transport.
• Another issue needed to be considered is the realistc approaches of acting skills our actors portray. The mannerisms and emotions they are trying to portray need to be obvious and distinct so the viewers can clearly see what type of performance they are trying to give off.
